Convent San Tanco is collecting money for their annual rebuilding fund. They find with cost of postage that they're actually losing money. A farmer named Benito Gomez (David Hurst) gives a lottery ticket for a $25,000 drawing. Sister Bertrille dreams of what winning would be like. Seeing complications she flies to Senior Gomez and his wife Consuelo (Argentina Brunetti) to give the ticket back. They view the spectacle as being given a ticket blessed by a saint and begin selling shares of their ticket. Chief Galindo (Rodolfo Hoyos Jr., "Villa!!") visits the convent about the matter, suggesting that he will have to indict the couple for fraud, and those involved at the convent as an accessory if they don't reverse their course. Sister Bertrille must find a way to make those buying shares disbelievers.
