The birth of Pebbles is a classic . Despite Fred and Barney rehersing the trip to the hosipital ( with Barney playing Wilma) everything goes wrong when it' s actually time to go .It takes so long that Wilma tells Barney " the baby will be seven years old by the time we get to the hospital!" Either Fred is driving alone or with Dino or Fred and Barney leave Wilma behind in the other car! Finally Barney gets them there and after a realtively short wait .Fred and Barney get to met Pebbles. Very cute baby right from the start and her name is arrived at instantly. It's too bad Betty isn't in more of the episode but it's still a good one and very funny.

Wilma's baby is due and Fred is a very nervous father to be.
A good episode. Funny scene at the beginning when Fred and Barney are working out at a gym. The trainer is a skinny weakling but uses an inflatable suit to appear muscular. Fred finally gets Wilma to the hospital. A pop culture reference has two characters spoofing Vince Edwards and Sam Jaffe from "Ben Casey".
