Caroline sees what her relationship with Richard must look like from Julia's point of view in this rather odd episode of the show, that is more sci-fi than sitcom.
When this episode started and the premise established I wasn't convinced, writing it off as a silly episode, but the more it grew into itself the more I enjoyed it. In actual fact it's quite a good episode, right up there in my opinion with the best of series 3.
It's beautifully played as ever by Lea Thompson, but it does also manage to allow us to see things from Julia's point of view.
So I take back my early scepticism and shall say that this was a good episode of the wonderful show.
