Sex & Nudity

  • This film has some very explicit sexual content. There is some pedophilia throughout the entire movie (not shown on screen), secondly there is an explicit on-screen rendition of a woman getting raped while her kids are forced to watch. Thirdly, there are several sexual encounters with one of the females from Lynchburg where there is some female frontal nudity shown, the woman is also shown bare-chested in bed while she eats from a person laying beside her. There is also some brief necrophelia (not very explicit) with some brief thrusting but it is quickly interrupted, and finally there is some explicit sexual contact between one of the other cannibals of Lynchburg and another male visitor to the town.

Violence & Gore

  • This movie has too much blood and guts to even put every single scene here.
  • 1) A man is brutally beaten and two of his fingers are removed with a clipper. 2) A priest is viciously attacked, cut open, and eaten from. 3) A man is strangled and his head is then removed. 4) A woman and her husband attempt to eat a man but he is able to take an axe to her chest 4.5) and then he brutally mutilates the man with a scissor and wood fashioned into an axe. 4.9) and then the man's head is removed with a shovel. 5) People are brutally murdered and eaten (with some humourous overtones) throughout the entire film. 6) A man gnaws through his own arm, bone and hanging skin as well as blood is shown. 7) A man is brutally murdered with a chainsaw. 8)A woman is impaled on coat hanger hooks but is able to regenerate, she then takes a pen and graphically gouges out another man's eye. 9)Many people are shot. 10)one gets his hand cut off and thrown into a pot of boiling water. 11)A man's eyes are pressed inwards by a little girl with her thumbs
  • Overall the film is very very graphic since all this is shown on screen.

Profanity

  • The film has a few F-words and other mild profanities.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Overall the film is extremely graphic and may be frightening especially for younger children. On top of that, there is a lot of suspenseful moments although very few jump scenes are used. Younger people may be scared of the pedophelia and may be confused by the brief sequence of necrophilia.
