Not as bad as I thought..
jpuhakka787 March 2008
When I purchased The NET & "Net 2.0" DVD-box I tought that I'm buying one mediocre movie (1), and one sh*tty movie: "2.0". But thanks to heavens that also "2.0" was better than advertised.

After watching the movie, it was quite entertaining. Nice acting and nice scenery, Of course the theme of the movie was little bit repeating from the original "The Net", but then again.. its permitted, it's "2.0".. and you cant make sequel without repeating the theme of identify theft on sequel, can you? In the end, I Think that this movie is slightly better than first one (not lots of, but barely, see it yourself). Because it's more fresher than 1995 movie.

6/10, don't judge the book by it's covers.

The Net 3-1/2
stock-12 August 2006
After watching this, Sony pictures should look itself in the mirror, and ask themselves if any sensible person would check his personal savings from a business class seat in a airplane, and then toss the tablet screen away, with no password security active, just because a stewardess wants to make a chit chat? This movie not only stinks in its story line, any sensible diet coke drinking U.S. patriot knows that these kind of actions are asking for trouble.

Why don't they make The Net 3-1/2, add Linux and MacOS into the game, and create some good laughs? Come on! After how they guillotined any credits of whats left of this genre, why don't create some parody. I give The Net 2.0 4 out of 10, because the actors did a good job, and made the movie endurable.

Predictable
ofjeworstlust19 June 2006
The conclusion is simple, watch this promo film for Turkey with a slight story, and all clichés will pass one by one.

The chases are not state of the art. A small car chase with no surprises, some running, some more running.

The flash backs and flash forwards started to annoy me, just as the characters and their roles which weren't a surprise at the end.

Sandra Bullock's trailer was on the DVD as well, and I have to say: watch the Net trailer for even more action and entertainment.

Not too bad for a B-movie, don't expect anything new or refreshing. IT people like myself will of course see through the technical terms, but who'll watch for that purpose ;)

The Winklers have it.
Mikie19508 February 2006
Warning: Spoilers
I am not a whiner or complainer, but this movie creates a massive negative pressure. The Net 2.0 was released on DVD on Tuesday, I watched it on Wednesday and there is only one other comment on IMDb as I write this. I suppose it is safe to say that this production went directly to video and skipped the movie houses. Also it did not spark a lot of interest in the constituency of IMDb. I know why.

Irwin Winkler is the producer of this movie and his son, Charles Winkler, is the director. Papa Winkler has produced such movies as "They Shoot Horses Don't They", the Rocky movies, "The Net", "The Juror", "Goodfellas", and "De-Lovely". He was the director of the original "The Net". Charles on the other hand has directed several TV movies, a Baywatch Episode, and a few movies that I have never heard of. This is a major example as to why nepotism can be costly.

As far as I can tell the Winkler connection is the only connection of "The Net" to its purported sequel. There is no comparing them. Indeed a woman looses her identity in both movies but storyline and execution make them two entirely different items.

The story is not real credible and the way it unfolds is herky-jerky there are many points at which the viewer is invited to yawn. The story could have worked if it was done differently. This was shot in Turkey and had many Turkish actors. I thought they actually added more spice than the American cast. Sebnem Dönmez, the Interpol agent, and Güven Kirac, who played Osman, were fresh faces and were enjoyable.

I really think this could have been improved with a better presentation, I would recommend that you watch this on a very slow day when you have nothing else to do.

Awful, awful movie.
dharmicangel27 March 2006
Seemingly inspired by Paul Greengrass' schizophrenic cinematography in The Bourne Supremacy, this movie tries, and fails, to make a mountain out of a molehill. Shaking a camera, indiscriminately stopping for a few frames, then speeding up or slowing down doth not an exciting film make. Worse still, Nikki Deloach shouldn't be trusted to carry a bag of groceries, let alone an entire movie. Istanbul is a beautiful location but it seemed grossly underutilized in this movie. And the music director needs to get back on his medication.

I fail to see why this even carries the name of it's predecessor. It has no correlation to Angela Bennett. Nor to the Pretorians. Nor to any element in the first film whatsoever. Avoid this movie at all costs.

This movie blows
jgreenhood8 March 2006
If you stuck a gun to this video and pulled the trigger you'd be doing this movie justice! It's the same story only tweaked a bit. Don't get me wrong the acting was great. The scenery was great! It's the story that stunk! And what's up with all that herky jerky stop action. They'd freeze the film at stupid points. All it was missing was the cheesy music that makes you go, "oh no, now what?".

Not to mention you could see what was going to happen. The main character is "the dumbest smart person". The character isn't even that smart either. She does a few things that are smart but for the most part she's quit dumb.

Saddest part of this film is the end! They leave it open for another sequel. God please don't let them do that!

woman become victim of cyber identity theft and tries to get her life back
disdressed1210 January 2007
The Net 2.0 is an above average movie for its genre. It is basically the story of a woman who has her identity along with her life stolen,as if she never existed.she must then try to get it back.this movie is not a sequel to the original.in fact it has none of the characters from that movie.nevertheless,it is suspenseful, riveting and action packed.there are of course a few plot twists, some predictable, others not.the acting is more than decent, especially from Nikki Deloach(TV's North Shore) as Hope Cassidy, the main character. She is very credible as a woman who has lost everything.the supporting cast are also strong.the direction is a bit suspect at times,as the director utilizes many jump shots throughout.A jump shot is essentially a type of camera trick.this is used to make the action flashier for the audience. However,it has been done so much before that audiences are mot impressed.minor quibble aside, however,Net 2.0 is overall a well done, entertaining and fun movie.well worth your 90 minutes. 7/10

re-edited pilot
wmproductions14 November 2008
accidentally, I watched this movie, it was shown at night in German TV, and I'm pretty sure, you simply watched the movie under wrong circumstances ... it seems to be the sequel of "the Net", but after watching it, I'm very sure, it wasn't planned to be ... look at the acting, the directing, the camera, the casting itself, look at it a bit more closely, and you will come to one conclusion: this was the pilot of a planned TV series, not a real sequel ... the whole plot / script shows it quite clear, they try to introduce the main character within the first minutes, including a plot - which always is a bit hard for the first episode, mostly doesn't work out very well, however, there are often problems, especially in structure, within the first episode of a new series ... seemingly planned to somewhat fill the hole "Alias" left ...

I'm pretty sure, the producers followed the opinion of an test audience and simply said "no", so, the pilot, planned as 2 x 45 minute episodes, was re-edited to something like a "movie", and then sold worldwide for a good price, eg to Germany through something like a joint-venture-package, quite often taking place within other products, lets say a prime time series, plus some "I was a pilot" - movies - this time one which tried to be something like "Alias" - a series which was shown at the same TV station here in old Germany, which now showed "Net 2.0" ... I don't think this is a coincidence, it's something like a giveaway, not a bad thing, but for me its simply quite obvious, its a pilot, not really good, able covering quite much with fast cuts / re-editing (but who doesn't), so nowadays quite normal, just rejected ...

A total disappointment
xOmegaNinex5 March 2006
This was like The Net, but with no tech, and a crappier story line. Threw out the whole movie you are left asking "why do I care". This was a grasp at the cult fallowing that The Net had, and it could have failed worse. The only upside (i saw that sarcastically) to this movie was that you always knew what was going to happen next. You will sit there waiting for the twist that never comes.

I loved The Net, and even though my friends told me this movie was no good, I saw it. Now I am left wishing for that hour and half of my life back (and the 5 bucks I spent renting it). It is movies like this that helps me understand why people download movies they have not heard of.

Better than 1.0
bernie-12230 August 2006
OK this film (tape?) has a fair few flaws, but not really that many, at least compared with The Net 1. As it mentions in the end credits, the movie was shot entirely on HD Video, something we're going to see a lot more of, and this must have a very significant impact on production costs.

Nevertheless, I can forgive it most of its faults except one. The laughably unrealistic portrayal of computer screens. Why do all Hollywood directors think that computer screens need to have two-inch-high fonts and animated doohickeys all over the place? This sort of movie is inevitably going to be watched by dweebs all over the planet who simply will not put up with this sort of thing.

Takedown, I think, was the only film I've ever seen which had believable computer screens. Given the subject matter, just as well. So why not this one? There is simply no excuse. There are just too many computer-literate ppl out there now, and they all switch off as soon as they spot rubbish like that. It ruins the whole experience. Truly. If not for that, I would have given it an 8 or 9.

Lame movie, Total waste of time...
Zobh27 February 2006
Warning: Spoilers
By the title of the movie I was quite excited. At first I thought it would be a great sequel of the movie The Net. But in the first scene when I saw the computer professional playing some lame cracking game on the Windows based system, I got the idea what is going to be next - a movie full of lame situations and examples... The story is O.K., but there are many loop wholes in it.

I was really LOL (laughing out loud) when I saw a computer security expert using 'free Hotmail' for her emails and 'MSN' for searching the net. Also using MS outlook to send spoof mails... :D

The movie is just full of crap, they could have made it quite good if they've hired some REAL computer security professional for practical situation guidelines.

I've voted 3 out of 10 to the movie just because of the shoot locations and HOPE (that some day movie makers will stop spoiling names of great movies like the net).

They took recycled material and ran with it. They get farther then you'd think.
cordayalec26 June 2006
Warning: Spoilers
Take an up-and-coming director who's father just happened to direct the first THE NET, take an up-and-coming actress who tries her best to be likable, add a city that is not LA or Vancouver or even in South Africa, a so-so script and a recycled storyline and you get THE NET 2.0.

Hey, it could have been worse.

Technically this is not a sequel, only a similar storyline and slapped with the THE NET brand name to be able to be noticed and plucked off the rental shelves. The fact that the son of the first part director took the reigns of this one helped. In fact, he seems to have more visual style than his father. Sometimes a bit too much, but it works.

The film was shot in Turkey for a reason, but it gave them a wider scope and better backdrops then Cali or Canada could ever give, considering the budget. Of course there are plot holes to swallow a Mack truck, but no more than the first movie. It was also predictable although it tried hard not to be, but no more than the first one (I have yet to see a movie that is not predictable and/or has plot holes).

The movie is superior to the first in a few areas, most notably the setting, the cinematography and the gadgets used (like the first one gadgets can do more than they actually can). The storyline is the same as well, hence it doesn't improve but it doesn't get worse either.

The first part was successful because of Bullock's charm and the novelty of the subject. After so many ripoff and carbon-copies a sequel to the actual original can't deliver anything new that hasn't already been explored by the ripoffs, so don't expect it. Reminds me a bit of 'Men In Black' in that way. But Nikki has charms of her own and the story is worth an evening of reality-detachment.

All in all it is a movie that tries its best to live up to our expectations, fails here, succeeds there, rambles for a while, finds itself, delivers payoffs, gives us 'Hope'.

In short, it reminds me a lot of the first one, only no Bullock, better cinematography, a different backdrop and a few computers doing funky computer stuff only laymen will find 'cool'. Experts may find it annoying and unrealistic. Same as the first one.

Where THE NET was overrated, THE NET 2.0 is underrated. It levels itself out again.

The R rating was pointless. No sex, no language and the violence is minimal, limiting itself to one blood-drips-off-knife shot and a few bullet wounds. I've said it before and I'll say it again: those MPAA jokers need their heads examined. They give Rs to PG-13s and PG-13s to Rs.

Nice tour in Istambul
hakapes1 May 2006
For a weekday evening, this movie is great to watch instead of your daily sitcom, but I wouldn't watch it in a cinema.

Though 3-4 times I had trouble to follow who is who, what is what, as everything got twisted in 15 minutes intervals, the storyline is interesting. Even the last scene is a twist, which is a nice touch to get away with, leaving things open for a follow up.

The places in Istmabul are nice, and it was funny to recognize the Turkish accent of my former office colleagues. I guess, this is the main attraction of this movie, the Turkish culture you can see as the background.

You get some light action, some average pretty main actress, but you'll sleep smoothly all night long afterwards. I'd give 6/10.

Hysterically woeful
doeda15 August 2007
Warning: Spoilers
Had I not been sick and bored with everything else on my cable TV, I wouldn't have bothered watching The Net 2.0 .

This is the only movie I've ever seen that has inspired me to see what other people on the net thought about how incredibly terrible it really was. I even registered at IMDb just for the purpose of expressing my disgust at this film. Although I do have to say I'm particularly amused at the comments above praising the film. It's almost like the director and/or the actors have logged in to talk up this piece of tripe.

Intro : My name is Hope. I'm an orphan. I like telling jokes about my name and its literal meaning. Did I mention my name is Hope? It is. Hope. I hope you know that my name is Hope.

Cut to the first of many ridiculous takes on computer security as we see Hope and her douche boyfriend having an argument after she rids his MS laptop of a virus by typing random messages overheard in a bar near a programming office into a GUI while the virus gives her a countdown of how long it will take before his laptop is infected (or blows up, I couldn't tell).

The break down of this is that she's going to Turkey to work as a computer security expert for some people she's never heard of. After losing all of her money on her flight to Turkey via her tablet pc that conveniently counted down her funds before stripping her bare, she arrives with the wrong type of visa, then gets paranoid at the drop of a hat and proceeds to tell her story to the first American woman she sees, a woman who consequently steals her identity using Hope's aforementioned story.

Cue her going to a job with a "Super-computer" that is completely graphically driven and shows every transaction happening at a major bank in real-time as pop-ups, complete with location and amount. I won't even touch on the laser "security grid".

Then watch as she gets in a car chase, which she concludes by dropping an LPG tank that was rattling around in the back of her stolen truck in front a Mercedes that promptly blows up on impact with said tank. The writing for this scene goes like this : "I hope this works". Pulls lever in cab. Tank drops in front of Merc. Tank blows up. Hope pumps her fist and says "Yes!" Weak.

In the end, it was all a con job by the Russian Mafia and her douche boyfriend to get her to steal money for them which she ends up with at the end after faking her own death in an anti-climactic scene involving the douche and his co-conspirator, the psychologist.

So basically, if it wasn't for the acting, the direction, the script and the production values, this might have made a good ad for MSoft products and Istanbul.

Give it a miss, or have a laugh at this tragic, train-wreck of a movie.

One star, but only because I can't rate it any lower.

What was that translation software ?
ice-bear4 April 2006
Warning: Spoilers
I'm mostly curious what translation software Hope used when making the spoof email. ?! I could see "LangTranslation 4.5" but it cant be found by Google....

The film had many faults that makes me class it as a B movie. The special effects were not very good, and the story was poor. A lot of things were happening without cause or were not related to the situation.

In some scenes the acting were poor, not only from "Hope" but also other actors.

The scenes when Hope logs in to her bank account is also unreal. Who would show the screen for everybody like that ?

The movie was very predictable, like when Hope got the watch/bracelet I immediately understood that it was a tracker of some kind.

very ordinary
AngelinChina4 February 2006
Warning: Spoilers
Story is about a computer engineer Hope who accepted a job in Istanbul. but after she arrive there found whole thing was a machination. i never see The Net 1.0 so this 2.0 come to me a little bit bored. The movie looks not interesting from the beginning. The main character was chasing by a group of polices, that just looks dumb except the view of Istanbul is beautiful. who said if one movie can't grab people at the first three minutes it hard to be a good one. i think this one couldn't grab me even in 20 minutes . At the end of the movie seems already set up for the next" The Net 3.0" but I don't think I am dear to watch it at all . anyway the story is too far-fetched. i really want to say something good about it , but it's so hard to think of anything really exciting. maybe the cast ? I am afraid I have to say everything is too ordinary and nothing I would like to think about the movie after it end . maybe I should better just watch The Net 1. something 2. always hard to impress audience .

Lame, lame; The first Net was so wonderful but this one's only main asset is the setting of Istanbul
inkblot1128 February 2017
Hope Cassidy (Nikki DeLoach) is a fine computer expert, living in California. Once very shy, Hope has been in love with a gentleman for six beautiful months. But, one day, she has a restlessness and decides it would be good for the couple to move to Istanbul, where she will have a short-term job that pays very well. Boypal doesn't buy it, refuses to go and warns her that its probably a bad choice. Perhaps she should have listened! But, she boards a plane with a first class ticket. The flight crew fawns over her, Hope is even given a lovely bracelet by attendant Roxalena. Yet, her nightmare begins upon landing in the old, old city. To begin, her new boss has not sent anyone to meet her flight, although a kind cab driver takes her under his wing. After checking into her hotel, she finds there are complications with her passport, her bank account, and other pieces of identification. It soon becomes apparent that someone has stolen her identity and given her a new name. Although she starts work for the new company, after only an hour she is ordered out of the building when she can't provide the correct passport. Then, all too soon, a large sum of money comes up missing and is related to Hope's brief time at the new firm. Soon the Russian mafia, Interpol, and lots of others are after Hope, causing her to be on the run throughout the city. She even takes refuge for a brief time in a mosque, where the Whirling Dervishes are twirling! Yet, she is captured. What will her fate be? This is a pretty lame sequel to Sandra Bullock's very fine The Net. DeLoach isn't a bad performer but the material is not so great. There is one implausibility after another, although parts of the film ape the first movie. Hope is questioned for hours, Hope finds the woman who now has her stolen identify. The other cast members are not well known but the Turkish actors are a joy. The biggest asset is definitely the setting, where those of us who will never board a plane get an eyeful of Istanbul. But, this is hardly the best ingredient for a thriller! If you are a huge fan of the original flick or are an expert in computer technology, you might want to sit this one through. Otherwise, there is probably no reason to "net" this movie for an evening's entertainment.

a predictable thriller but an enjoyable film
riddhohaque18 March 2013
A few days ago, when I watched the movie I had very low expectations in the beginning. And do not get me wrong, this movie certainly is not a timeless masterpiece. The storyline is pretty similar to its prequel but I am going to try and ignore that fact. There are some interesting plot twists in the storyline but if you are used to watching action thrillers, you might actually find them pretty predictable.

The acting isn't actually all that bad, and the location of the shooting being Istanbul in Turkey, the scenes are rather interesting to watch. The direction and picture quality was mediocre at best, but the plot being well paced, makes us ignore these limitations to a certain extent. I would like to avoid giving away any sort of spoilers for those who have not yet watched the film yet but it would suffice to say that if computers aren't really your thing, you might as well avoid this film. And to come to the point of the cast, I certainly welcome the decision to add some Turkish actors in the mix. In my honest opinion, they did help to add some much needed freshness to this otherwise rather placid film.

All in all, this movie might not be in the same level as the matrix films (maybe not even close) but if you watch the film having low expectations in mind, I can guarantee that you will not get bored.

Yes 3 bullets can blow up a car!
fornin642-125 March 2006
The Net 2.0 is the sequel to troll 2......I mean the NET.. Which occurs during 2005 "you can tell by all the product placement". The Net 2.0 is the first movie in HISTORY to be completely funded by product placement" Specifically that DAMN PDA phone which gets as much time on screen as the leading women!". The movie, and I use the word movie lightly, plays dramatic music and freezes in on the PDA just about every time she uses it such as when she's in the BATHROOM!. As you can probably guess this really enhances the riveting story that is centered on 1 main character and how her identity is stolen.

The movie opens with a bang as our main leading lady runs through the streets of Istanbul and is chased by the SLOWEST police force on the planet. While she is running she takes pauses and freezes the movie to tell us about her life. First she explains her name is Hope Cassidyis and that her parents died in a plane crash. Then something about her sisters who were never born or something, Then the movie unfreezes and she starts running again. This scene is about all the back story we get from this movie. That and her constantly telling everyone she meets that shes a computer programmer who's really good and that Turkish people want her. Its all really poorly acted. Anyways, back to the endless chase scene. This Opening Scene IS ALL THE ACTION that's in the movie. If you think is going to get better it isn't! If you think that Helicopter on the DVD screen is going to chase Hope then your wrong! You just get to see a Shot of it flying at the end and it lasts 3 seconds and there is NO REASON FOR IT!!!!!!!!! JUST SO THE COULD PUT IT ON THE COVER AND MAKE YOU THINK SHES GOING TO BE CHASED BY A CHOPPER! Its in some Parallel Universe, perhaps in a good movie.

to be fair there is some action spliced through the movie so its not completely unbearable. Also it taught me that everyone, and i mean EVERYONE in Turkey speaks fluent English. The rest of the movie is made up of really bad scenes and REALLY AWFUL acting. One of the sets is a Commercial Jet who's interior has 6, count them 6 seats! Then In one scene when Hope goes to her Job that is Secretly run by the Russian Mafia-Jesus this is stupid, so she enters the main computer terminal that's guarder by a laser mesh thing. Think Resident Evil but REALLY low Budget. She enters the room then sits down and another shot later A WOOD DOOR APPEARS OUT OF NO WHERE! where the lasers use to be. Guess they didn't have the budget for the lasers! They spent a good 20 seconds telling us about the Lasers but hey guess when we have our actress brake into the room will put A DOOR there!

And then there's the scene where are leading Lady changes her suit mid scene. This is only about 1/3 the way in So it gets So much worse, trust me don't rent this! Lastly, there is a scene in which a cop shoots a car 3 times and it BLOWS up!@#!#% Guess its not a good idea to fill your car with propane tanks and Hydrogen...

Plot based on Sandra bullok sory
greekdx20 September 2022
This story is clearly based in the Net of Sandra Bullock filmed abot 10+ years ago but is not a sequel. . Period. The new story is even more complex than the original and requires you to watch from the start or you will lose much of it . A mixture of full action , suspense , psych thriller and a bit of matrix. Definitely worth if watching for its action although it could sound quite overwhelming for other aspects including the rather computer illiterate IT consultant using hotmail to read her emails and the sudden cut off of her money the time she was on the airplane . The IT goofs to what the story is supposed downgrade it much.

Also did nt forget that it has been filmed in Instabul the well known once capital of Byzantine . It gives aa excellent setting for the movie although it is underrated in favour of the story.

And surely wait for sequel!

Plot : 7 action:10 setting : 10 goofs : many 3/5 It could be better if the director could care more on the story situation and the ingredients involved.

What were they thinking?
DetectiveBurst30 November 2010
I've seen better movies on Lifetime. You'd think that shooting in a location like Turkey would add a great deal to the production value, but it seems that the director really didn't embrace the setting at all. There are so many opportunities with a country such as Turkey to shoot in. This is a place that doesn't show up very often on the intellectual radar of most Americans. Why not add to the mystique of the film? This could have been shot in Los Angeles with the same effect. Huge waste.

Oh, the dialogue was bad, the acting was mediocre, the characters were flat, the story was predictable and the cinematography was pedestrian. This is the kind of thing you leave on for your dog when he's at home alone, so he doesn't feel lonely.

Or if you want to torture the cat with bad filmmaking.

An engaging thriller
abhaagarwal25 August 2008
I don't see why is the movie being called slow for any reason. The plot line does take it's base from the first movie, but this movie, i.e. 2.0 is totally different from the first one. Heck, Bullock's character doesn't face language issues.

I agree that the movie has some glitches, but overall, I think the movie is even better than the first version. If I have to say, the first movie too had an excellent plot, but it was overshadowed by Sandra Bullock herself. And in that movie, you already knew the person behind the Net Trap.

This movie however maintains it's suspense. Without divulging any more, I'll just say that the movie is a must watch....

Not bad
albrechtcm18 March 2013
Like most viewers I suppose, I was expecting something of a sequel to The Net, but while the premise is the same, this is a completely different film. A computer whiz has her identity stolen leaving her all alone in the world, and as Mrs. Meers always says, "Sad to be all alone in the world." However the twist here is that we're in Istanbul. Ms Deloach delivers a creditable performance of a computer whiz with moxie who finds herself without any identity in a strange city where she doesn't understand the language and there's no way to tell who to trust. Direction is tight and to the point. The plot is full of holes, but hey, it's a movie and you get a lot of scenic Istanbul to make up for that. Overall, I enjoyed this outing. One complaint: the continual trick of stopping the action for a sec throughout the movie did nothing for me nor for the film.

First movie in 40 years to not bother seeing the ending...
Zytheran6 May 2006
Warning: Spoilers
If you saw the Net and liked it (or even barely stand it), please don't watch this. The plot is appalling, the camera work shocking, acting tragic and the people who made this movie have never used a computer in their life nor traveled overseas on business. Once it got to the scene where her super little program (typed in on the fly, complete with GUI)cracks a password, that was it...STOP. Up until that point the lead character verged on truly inane with bizarre behavior. Stuck in a foreign country (by yourself, no list of contacts...go figure?, it is 2006!) you would decide to do the James Bond act rather than contact authorities? Yep! Acepting dodgy documents, leaving other documents behind, traveling by yourself as a twenty something white female in Turkey, not having fanny bug with emergency money, contacts ID, visa etc? Is this meant to be believable? And the techy/computer crap?? It was so bad I was hoping that in some bizarre twist the person responsible for technical believability of the movie appeared in it and was tortured to death. It was wrong on so many accounts..I cringed and wanted to hide my eyes. Life is too short to waste watching this abortion of a movie. ..and that annoying stop/go camera action, the scene cuts, the lack of continuity, it goes on and on but luckily DVD players have a stop and eject button. Use them here.

Warning: Spoilers
of course it is not good as the first "net" film. But i watch worse Hollywood movies these days.. need much action maybe. Please look Roxelana (Sebnem Donmez) incredible beautiful girl in fact we know her as blonde.. Dr. kavak (Demet akbag) is a well known theater actress in Turkey. The film looks like a movie to show how Istanbul is a part from heaven. i don't like chasing scenes. Never trust that scenes and start to dun in front of police in Turkey. they catch you suddenly she found the slowest polices i think. how much budget so much good movie. But i am saying again i saw worse movies with much money. Give a chance at least if you never seen Istanbul try to watch it.
