IMDb gives the running time for this film as one minute, but the film on the American Memory site only runs for 14 seconds. It's a bit of a mess to be honest and looks as though it has been compiled from a number of existing sources. One moment Teddy is standing on a podium doffing his hat to the crowd then the next he's gone. Moments later he's back again, tipping his titfer once more - it could even be the same few seconds of film replayed. Either way, it doesn't really make for riveting viewing - or really give the viewer an opportunity to study what is going on. It's difficult to say much more - I mean, 10 lines about a fourteen second film? Thats, ooh, one-and-a-bit seconds for each line...
