This is not the Gene Hackman film from the 1970s, but it is a 2-minute short film by prolific director Stan Brakhage. He made this in 1999 already way into his 60s and less than five years before dying from cancer. If you know a bit about Brakhage, you will find his usual style in here. The effects look to me like they could be taken from any of his works. I see no tower references in here, just flickering images. The only good thing about this one is that it's over so quickly. I am not the greatest Brakhage admirer and this film is one of the reasons why. There is just nothing of interest happening really. Not recommended and it drags even at 150 seconds.
