- Whole movie is based on the idea that main character get's raped multiple times and becomes more and more unstable due to her trauma. Scenes of rape, while not graphical, are highly disturbing.
Violence & Gore
- A number of rape scenes, most of which are pretty brutal. The killer also beats his rape victims viciously before killing them.
- The killer gets stabbed in the neck with a pair of springs, gets his eye gouged out, gets shot, and then gets thrown into a river. As you can imagine, he ends up very bloody.
