Sex & Nudity

  • A monster with a large erect phallus is briefly shown.
  • Some nudity (toplessness) are seen during a few rape scenes.
  • A couple takes off their shirts and make out in a park.

Violence & Gore

  • A woman gets shot through the cheeks; we see the hollow hole through her mouth.
  • A man gets shot in the head; we see the bloody aftermath.
  • A man slices a girl up with a razor, including a closeup of him running it down her lower lip.
  • A man gets his neck crushed with a car trunk; some blood.
  • A man is found dead; LOTS of blood is all over the place.

Profanity

  • About 3 or 4 uses of the f-word, as well as some milder language such as "bastard" or "hell".

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Not much; just some light smoking and drinking.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • A few disturbing images when the main character falls under the influence of the stendhal syndrome, like voices, fishes with human faces, monsters, etc.
  • The rape scenes, though usually short, are quite brutal and a bit hard to watch. Some of the death scenes are a bit grisly as well.

Sex & Nudity

  • Whole movie is based on the idea that main character get's raped multiple times and becomes more and more unstable due to her trauma. Scenes of rape, while not graphical, are highly disturbing.

Violence & Gore

  • A number of rape scenes, most of which are pretty brutal. The killer also beats his rape victims viciously before killing them.
  • The killer gets stabbed in the neck with a pair of springs, gets his eye gouged out, gets shot, and then gets thrown into a river. As you can imagine, he ends up very bloody.
