- A woman and a man are in bed together fully clothed when another man enters. He rapes the woman from her clothes and she is fully nude for a second. Though not last very much but the side of her bare breasts can bee seen for a moment.
- The last part of the film takes place in an oiran house (courtesan brothel), where young women entertain samurai. One young girl is told by a samurai that he'll 'turn her into a woman', suggesting he'll take her virginity.
- A samurai in a mill rapes a girl (shown off screen). Only some movements in the hays are shown.

- Hand of people gets cut by the samurai. The hand is shown cut and blood is spreading.
- A samurai slices an old man in the back with a sword killing him.
- A samurai kills another samurai with a wooden stick by jabbing it into his forehead(blood is seen pouring from wound) .
- A samurai kills many people through out the film.
- The last sequence of the movie is pretty gory and bloody showing a samurai insanely killing many people. They are a few severed arms.

- The entire film has a murky tone from start to finish. There's no humor at all since the subject matter is about a sociopathic samurai who gradually becomes insanse.
- Ryunosuke, the main character, is extremely creepy and talks in a monotone voice. He shows very little emotion and has a glassy stare throughout most of the film.
