Momota Chowdhury gets a vast wealth from her father but her cousin Rustam Ali wants to usurp this by marrying her. Momota runs away from home and takes shelter in Raju's house. She marries him afterwards and brings out Rustam. Rustam takes shelter in his friend's house and kills him when he gets the power of attorney of his wealth and son. He entice his friend's son Prince about his father's death and involvement of Raju. Prince wants the revenge of his father's death and traps his daughter Rani in his love. He marries her and causes sufferings for her. Finally he learns the actual incident and gets revenge of this deception.
