This film is an essential part of my childhood. Everything I dreamed about as a child is embodied in this film. Every Christmas I used to watch this movie at least once. At first I had it on a video cassette. Now, having searched all the kiosks and stores with Blu rays, I have found this film once again. Perhaps I'm strongly nostalgia-biased, but I believe that this movie does everything what a good Christmas movie should do. It's a near perfect simple fun family experience that lifts your spirits.
