No pun intended - I reckon you know about Yip Man! Question is how much you know about him - and if you actually came here to see Donnie Yen ... hopefully the latter is not the case! Or maybe if you have been spoiled by those movies, your expectations are way too high for this movie.
While the action scenes and the stunts are quite decent, I reckon you might not like them, if you expect something ... well else. Story is ok too - though how much of his life are we going to explore? And is it really necessary? Not to mention the creative liberties that are surely taken for this to even work. Again up to you how much you can suspend your disbelief and if the action scenes are enough entertainment for you.
