This movie is so bad I no longer support the US writer's strike. In fact, they should stay on strike permanently if this is good enough to be made into a movie.
It's not thrilling, the action is bad, and the writing is so poor I laughed out loud a handful of times.
The writing is shamefully inept. There is no twist, there is no genuine tension building, the dialogue is elementary school level, the characters are dislikable. The list could go on almost indefinitely.
The acting also stinks. Maggie Q is fine, but the rest are terrible.
The epilogue does the seemingly impossible and makes a bad movie even worse.
The movie "You're Next" has a similar plot but is leagues better than this. I'd recommend watching that instead.
