I think is a good portrait of the forgotten ones during Spanish democratic transition, eventually every convict can be a political convict. Thank to the director for the reminder. A movie with message but also vibrant and tense by moments. Great main actors. One of the greatest movies I've watched. Also a great "small movie". Small story i mean like no one saves the country or anything unreal. Both Gutiérrez and Herrán are believable in their respective roles and, aside from the pace drifting at the start of the final act, the film holds the attention through to an unexpectedly upbeat gear change at the finale.
