It was fun to watch if you don't think too much about the intricacies, in other words leave common sense out of it.
First of, episode 1-talk about a mouthful. That was way too much for a pilot episode, I know they were trying to sink the hook but it is a series, the trailer did it justice they didn't need to rush it . Character development for Ishaya was good, the story development however was way off, it left me playing catch-up most times.
Casting? 10/10. Everyone was perfectly suited for their role.
Plot holes? They just got worse as it progressed. The fast-paced story development was to blame. Another reviewer said, "it was like the writer was rushed..." I felt like they didn't have enough money to continuing shooting, if not, why are we rushing.
I like it's vibe, I like the storyline, I love the casting, the costumes and make-up. Big props to them for job well done.
