First of all, the way season 4 ended was maybe a little too over the top but this start of season 5 definitly made up for it. The fact that they waited untill season 5 to kill these characters made it more dramatic. Also, I find that doing it on a season premiere was definitly the best choice. Overall this episode really nailed it. The acting was great, the direction also, the developement of the newborn plot was very interesting too and of course the shocking deaths of many central characters really toped it off. Yet, I find great that despite the fact that so many things happened the episode still managed to avoid spoiling further plot twists or reveal too much of the plot in general.
