The Octogames is so stupid it's hard to explain, it's obviously a squid games rip off on a budget of nothing, yet the acting is actually fine.
It suffers in logic in several places, the whole premise works but the execution do not.
They have so many opportunities to run away and overpower the very few guards.
The positives are that the movie is self-aware, it does not try to be a smart or award winning movie or anything like it, it draws out with no attempt to make any levels on the characters and it never tries too hard to be anything but a low budget squid-ripoff with good enough acting.
Overall I'd say you can like this movie and should go see it if you have nothing else to watch or just wanna see something dumb.
