Johnny Carson is spinning in his grave. Colbert has taken what was once a tone of sarcastic condescending hubris and raised the curtain on the fact that it is actually just who he is minus the sarcasm. I don't see how anyone can stomach this twerp. His subject matter is painfully one dimensional and politically biased. This disgraceful circus has brought shame and disrespect to all of his predecessors and he has thrown every last speck of class out the window and traded it in for hateful tasteless rhetoric. It's really a shame and perhaps speaks to the polarization that we have been fed by network television for the last few decades that this atrocity is considered entertainment. I'll be glad when network tv dies and takes this abomination with it.
