Rebekah paints her toes with clear nail polish as her dad wakes up from being intentionally stabbed by Elena. Elena comes to see Rebekah wearing her red homecoming dress and gives her mother's necklace to wear. Elena daggers Rebekah. There is an unexpected flood at the gym so Tyler moves the party to his home. Turns out it is Klaus and his sired hybrids who are there and running the party. Katherine posing as Elena shows up looking gorgeous. Long story short, Niklaus picks up the dagger used to kill Originals and stabs his father. This was with the help of Stefan who did it to save Damon secretly. Stefan and Katherine are driving away. Stefan thanks Klaus for his freedom but then says he took everything from him. Stefan has taken Klaus's family members' corpses and says if Klaus hurts his loved ones he will never see them again.
