Ms. Claude - or as the english/international title suggest bad weddings. That reminds me of what Germany did to the Taken title with Liam Neeson. In Germany at least those movies right here are called Ms. Claude and his daughters - which I think is more apt than the bad weddings tag - but that's me.
I thought I had seen this, but apparently I had not. And I remembered or checked for it, because the new (third) part is out in cinemas. Good thing this was streaming and I could watch it to be up to date. The movies are connected after all. You get a lot of characters that are reprising their roles (the actors who portray them as well luckily).
This time around, it seems that France is not good enough anymore - no pun intended. And something Claude works on, to keep the "sons" in France ... the same ones he was not really approving of in the first part. Don't overthink it, it is a comedy ... and it does work. Even if the other parts are funnier ... this still is good enough to say the least.
