Vanessa Redgrave is the reason I thought this may be worth watching, but I was so wrong. She, along with Joely Richardson, is too good for the likes of this disappointment. Regardless of the underlying questions pertaining to mental illness, this movie could have been made a million times over, a million times better. Coming from a family with a history of mental illness, this is an insult to so many who have suffered! Have some respect, seriously. Do not watch this trash.... You will wish you had not, especially when there are so many other films that are worth the time.
