John Waters and gang
17 April 2022
Dawn Davenport (Divine) is a big girl in the 50's. She's also a bad girl in her high school. She runs away from home and gets knocked up. After which, she turns tricks and turns to crimes.

It's John Waters and his merry band of performers. It's just fun camp. After introducing the rest of the gang, the pacing does slow down as the story loses its narrative drive. It meanders a bit as Waters indulges in a lot weirdness and quirky characters. There is still fun in its ridiculousness.
