Everything I expected from a Batman film, it has everything and even more. It felt like reading straight from the pages of Batman comics. Val Kilmer delivered a solid Bruce Wayne / Batman performance.
Lighter, brighter, funnier, faster-paced and more colorful than Burton's gothic adaptations. First half was muddy and joyless but then it gains its momentum and finished with a banger. Bat-tech's improved with more toys and realistic VFX.
Jim Carrey's goofy performance as Edward Nygma / The Riddler was captivating and he outperformed all the main and supporting cast. Another Batman film saved by the performance of one of the members of Caped Crusader's rogues' gallery.
