A thriller and horror movie with comedy elements. The fight scenes are like tom and jerry cartoons. You know, when Tom gets an iron on his head, his face turns into a triangle, but he continues to chase Jerry. This movie is full of similar scenes.
The beginning of the movie reminded me of the movie (see: the war of the roses). The married couple's coming to a point where they kill each other over time. However, the event changed direction when 3 brutal fugitive convicts got involved. It is one of the rare movies made by netflix that I find entertaining and watchable. But you still don't watch offspring.
Almost all of the horror movie cliches are present in the movie. Hiding in a closet, hitting a tree with a car, a non-fueled vehicle, tying it to a chair, sticking a rake on the man and not having an effect as much as a fly bite, etc.
