The only complaint I have about this season is the policeman subplot. It's been dragged out for a while and I still don't quite understand his purpose and relation to the rest of the plot. I do see that he's going through some changes but fail to see the significance of it as of now.

However, the rest of the show has been progressing like classic Narcos. I love that the show ties in actual historical events such as NAFTA and how that affected the drug business. It's amazing to see how the death of one man cascaded into so many different events.

I can understand that peoples complaint about the show may stem from a lack of a strong central character like Felix or Escobar but regardless still a brilliant show.
