This film is probably fine for an average cinema goer but if you are a big superhero fan it's actually incredibly difficult to watch, try's and fails miserably to make an originally serious and violent character funny and relatable. Venoms badly timed quips and "jokes" took me out of the film every time and for some scenes I actually had to close my eyes and just hope for it to be over due to an overwhelming amount of cringe and cheese. This film is rushed, badly written and overall takes a huge dump on both venom and carnage as characters.
