Rutger Hauer is an elderly homeless hobo Rambo. He comes to town, and everyone treats him badly. He meets every type of nasty criminal, and he decides to fight back against a very evil town.
The action scenes are off the wall. Really black comedy to some degree, and just plain action. It is very hardcore, so while it has humor it is not a comedy.
It is a commentary on the world we live in, where the only solution is to kill the bad folks that make it impossible for good people to live in peace.
