Besides medical related issues, Jack is kind of an idiot in this show. Haven't we constantly seen him not listen to peoples advice? Juliet is a terrible character and the fact that everyone will listen to her with everything they have experienced from her people. And the scene where she calls out sayid and sawyer for things they did in the past and then they let her walk away... who cares you're on the island now none of what they did in the past matters. Stupid network tv crap storylines ruin this show too often. This season kinda blows.
