I write this comment to the Police and Prosecution of the great State of Kentucky and hope they see it: Consider this....
For this gentleman to receive ANY time in prison is a damn shame.
If you cannot protect yourself in self defense then go ahead and let people kill you and your family and see how you like it. And you cops need to grow tf up if a few little scratches from an old man hurt you enough to try to get him convicted of a crime over it. This is why people Hate Police.
