Time has tested its limits

This movie has now been around for a total of 20 years. While its still a good movie, and was a great movie back in the day, there are things about it that do not make this as good a movie as some of the more modern films.

Jeff Bridges had points in the film that seemed like he was talking to us, instead of the other characters in the film which I thought was an area that could have improved on. However I did find that he spoke with great emotion, which was really nice to see.

Robin Williams was a great actor in this film like always, he preformed his role like a pro and even thrived in it. At a few points in the play I felt like he might have gone over the top.

This film had a great story with some great life lessons that can even more useful in todays day and age. The actual characters had great scripts and they got the right type of actor to play each role. I do feel that there were scenes in the movie that don't make sense in todays day and age. The comedy they tried to use also isn't as funny as it was intended to be back in in the day; however it was still pretty good.

Overall this was a pretty good film that has just become outdated, and that's not necessarily a bad thing. I recommend this film to anyone in the ages of 30 to 50 years old. That way they have a better understanding of some of the scenes and comedy that goes on throughout the film.
