3/10
Poor Texas Chainsaw Massacre Imitation
4 May 2021
Warning: Spoilers
The title sounds TCM esque & you'd think judging by that & the cover art, that it would be somewhat good. But sadly, it seems to be more cheaper and nastier version of the film.

The plot of the film follows a group who go looking for their friend who went missing while on a bike ride in Ohio, however they soon discover that their friends has fallen victim to a group of Black Cannibals who eat/cut up white people and sell them on for a price,

I found the film to be cheap, shoddily filmed & poor overall. While the gore effects were pretty good and really went all out, I felt the film wasn't exactly scary or sinister as such, I mean, it was grisly and gruesome, but it didn't feel like a horror.

You could tell it was cheaply made with the hollow sound effects, the poor lighting, grainy footage and sound in general, not to mention the way it was made which didn't exactly sell it to me and made it hard to take seriously. The story itself was bland and lacked impact, the ending was eye rolling...

Overall a poor TCM Imitation which fails to be as good or better. However, the gore was pretty decent. 3/10.
