Two pretty good fillers later, season one ends with a bang. And a death. Just like every Spelling production series, things get shaken up during first year's finale. To prepare us for a new and improved second season. The Groundhog Day idea works, but as usual in Charmed, it isn't done the way it really should. Only the way it is required to by the network. And I can't really shake the feeling of Alyssa Milano's haircut, suddenly changing every two shots during that episode... For killing off one of its main characters, season one will always be remembered as a 22 episodes long pilot, compared to the rest of the series that seem to flow naturally. But it by far the one I love rewatching the most.
