Im not sure if it gets better after the first 10 minutes but i thought that opening scene was so dumb. they had the robbers on the phone and surrounded, no one was in danger until swat got there and shot that lady. they were supposed to seem heroic i guess but they were just acting dumb if i were that lady id sue the police department as well.
