When Ray is suspected of being the murderer of an attractive investigative journalist, her husband brings his past into question. He has become nearly obsessed with the psychotic Dr. Jekyll. Ecklie decides he needs to be surveilled and taken off the case of the reporter. Ray actually believes that he may have inadvertently caused her death. Things are winding to a close as we move to the final episode of Season 10.
