This movie represents what happens when some good actors are given a sub-standard script. Pulitzer prize or not, the good acting by some did not make up for the undeveloped script. Firth's Texas accent is overdone and sounds phony. Clarkson seemed asleep or sleep walking. Burstyn and Bloom kept me watching to the end. Then the end. Oh, my. All I can say is hokey.
