If you enjoy tall tales and legends that arent based on fact or evidence this show is amusing. But its incredibley maleist, ignorant and filled with nonsense. Every single animal is called "he", theres only a few mentions of female creatures. Even people just talking about the animals say "he".. Like oh ya ok every animal is just a male because you are sexist and dont seem to understand there would be and are females of a species! The scientific tests they do are a joke. Mostly they arent based on science at all or are conducted in such a short amount of time or in a way that it cant possibly give an accurate test result. The people saying they have seen bigfoot are a bunch of liars. Its possible big animals like sharks and birds ect could exist but NOT a half human ape thing or stuff like the mothman. What a joke.. The accounts all seem to come from backwater usa towns were people probably barely know what social media is, or that shallowing gum wont kill you... The people are wanting to get attention(their turn in the spotlight) bring in tourism, have a purpose by tracking these things down, or they mistake a less common animal for a cryptid. Mostly this show is just a bunch of middle aged men playing with their electronic toys. No evidence, no logic, no proof, just silly stories from simple people. And another thing that bothers me is they try to make out like the animals are "evil". Animals dont have higher train of thought and emotions like we do, they are looking for food, defending themselves and their behavior is misunderstood by ignorant people. Like the one episode where a diver is holding a piece of fish and the eel lunges to eat it and get the mans hand instead.. They said it "attacked him".. Holy moly talk about nature hating propaganda! Just aweful and terrible hateful writing! You dont have to spread fear and lies to make your show seem more exciting. Honesly so many of these episodes are about humans causing issues and then trying to clean them up and complaining. Like the rats, or the snakes ect.. Pathetic! The only way to stop fear about the "unknown" animals is to educate people about nature, not promote fear and ignorance!!
