The episode title is fair warning. If you dislike the sound of clapping, skip this episode. In my estimation, there was not enough payoff for sticking through to the end.
I can not tolerate loud, sustained, ecstatic clapping of an audience in any on-screen format. Thus, I watched this episode mostly on mute. If they removed the overused, drawn-out clapping scenes, I wonder how many minutes of show would remain. Are there other people that can not stand loud clapping on TV?
I am enjoying this anthology, and will keep watching for the duration, but this episode grated me from start to finish.
