Disrespect to the Dead
10 June 2020
Warning: Spoilers
The main character in the series (the man) keeps touting this dig as amazing, unrivaled the first in the history to a point the viewer feels exhausted to the bone.

Why would anyone do such disrespectful acts to the dead? They wanted to be mummified to rest in peace. Why would any one disturb their peace? Leave them alone.

The crew did not have the expertise to remove the mummified bodies out of the coffins, causing serious damage to them.

Worst of all is the bumptious, pretentious Salima Ikram, with her grotesque hand movements (actually jerking of her hands), pretending to know something about the mummies. She has been really a bummer in the series about ancient Egypt she participated. I hope the directors and producers of such documentaries will never let her have a role in them, so that viewers will not see the unusual display of her hands' movements.
