Incoherent. Borderline unwatchable. Disgusting.

Warning: Spoilers
There are 2 really interesting stories that this terrible documentary failed to tell: 1) the tragically shortened life of an obviously incredibly creative person 2) the parasitic and destructive environment created by all those who surrounded him.

Instead of this, we get a series of incoherent thoughts tethered together in a seemingly random and chaotic sequence, without any kind of clear narrative.

On top of the bad film making, the highly insensitive manner in which his death is portrayed (from the artsy photos of this man's corpse moments after passing, to basically parading a cast of friends and the people who both profited off of him throughout the course of the film) is disgusting. The whole movie feels totally in-genuine because nearly everyone one of the people interviewed for this film took zero responsibility for allowing this to happen and showed almost no sadness or remorse for his death, despite it being very obvious that they all failed their "friend".

Horrible situation presented indirectly through a horribly bad movie.
