A detailed n eye opening study of the life of a potential immigrant to the UK
5 January 2020
The strength of this documentary is in the detail of the study of one person's life in the so called Jungle at Calais. Richard Parry (the Director/Cinematographer) spent hours and hours with the main subject over many months and the result is a sympathetic and detailed portrait. One of the points of interest in the film is how the main character finds meaning in his life in the Jungle Camp by taking on various roles supporting others living there.
