Worst Superman ever. And it's not the actor, it's the writers.
2D characters - it's like reading comics from the 50's.
"Strong" characters are mostly women, men are pathetic (Barry has been safe for now, but even Oliver has turned into is most pathetic version). And even the women are a ridiculous kind of strong, much like the men were portrayed almost a century ago.
I have given up watching all the series except "The Flash", and will only see this episodes for the Crisis.
DC has the best super-heroes but keeps ruining them. It's heartbreaking. On the other hand, I look at what they did with the Batman in Dark Night, with Superman in Smallville, with the Flash in this series, with Wonder Woman in the movies (there's a really strong woman) and think that maybe there's still hope for DC.
