The episode we have been waiting for, the showdown between Grayson and Slade or in this case Nightwing and Deathstroke, it was great but short. I excepted more, a bigger brawl between them and everyone else teaming up but in some ways this worked because of the personal things between the two. There is also another story arc that needed an conclusion and it's the Cadmus one, they executed that better than the Deathstroke one.
Seeing the characters, everyone in their costumes again is one thing I've missed.
This is far from a great episode but it was a good season finale, which does everything a finale should have and it's having a conclusion on the various of story arcs and starting new ones in the process. I can't wait for season 3 and the introduction of Blackfire, I also have hopes for some more villains that will be introduced. This episode had some great special effects and visuals, the writing was lacking if you compare it to the rest of the season but it was alright there were some things I really disliked and found stupid but I won't spoil what. Acting was great, Brenton Thwaites shined throughout the episode and the bigger appearance of Bruce Wayne was nice. Overall a good episode!
