This movie can be interesting just for those who want to study Hilary Duff's debut. But I think that they are just a few, so we can say that this sequel of the, '95's Casper is quite useless. The introduction of witches doesn't makes the story more dynamic, but just makes it more difficult to appreciate: two kind of magics - the ghost and the witches - normalize both of them, so the ghost story lose more and more effectiveness. It's a kids movie, sure, but this doesn't mean that it haven't to be well done. Moreover, terrible computerized animation.
