The Ice Cream Truck is an awful horror movie, but it's not a terrible movie. The acting, especially the lead, was really good. Surprisingly good. And I actually enjoyed the chemistry between the lead and her neighbor. I think this movie would have been good if it focused on that element, and the weird, nosey neighbors and not the 'ice cream man'.
But the movie kept my interest somehow. It just seemed like it didn't know what kind of movie it wanted to be.
