The Flash delivers yet again and gives Nora West Allen an emotional send off!

Warning: Spoilers
The Flash season five finale fittingly titled Legacy was an emotional rollercoaster ride. The episode had multiple scenes that were emotional. My favorite one was when Nora got erased from the timeline. It sparked great performances from Grant Gustin, Candice Patton and Jessica Parker Kennedy. Those actors can really act out emotional scenes perfectly. The other scene was with Cisco and Caitlin. Even though, I disliked the fact that Cisco gave himself the meta human cure, it was still great seeing Caitlin having doubts and caring for her friend.

The episode concluded the Cicada 2.0 conflict. I thought that they handled it quite nicely. Nora going into young Grace's mind again was exhilarating and painful to watch. Grace Gibbons has gone through so much pain and suffering. It seems reasonable why she wants every meta human to die. The only way to stop Cicada was to destroy her dagger. Destroying the dagger released the Reverse Flash from Iron Heights.

The fight sequence between Team Flash and Reverse Flash was phenomenal. It came to no surprise that the Reverse Flash got away, but he will presumably be back for Crisis on Infinite Earths.

Sherloque Wells returned to his Earth where the love of his life is waiting for him. I find it quite strange that he married the same woman on different Earths.

Cisco got his happy ending with Kamila. He will probably not be a series regular next season as the actor wants to work on other projects.

Joe West has officially been named Captain of the CCPD. The future newspaper article we saw way back in season 1 slowly comes to fruition.

Much like Arrow, The Flash ended its season finale with a huge Crisis on infinite Earths teaser. It teased that the Flash will vanish in 2019 and not in 2024. The timeline has been altered by both Nora West Allen and Team Flash. Let's see if the other Arrowverse shows will tease Crisis on Infinite Earths.

To conclude, The Flash wrapped up its best season in a fitting way. I wonder who the villain of season 6 will be. Will it be the Red Death or Godspeed? Or someone completely different?
