You can't force chemistry. James' story is unnecessary, he's a terrible actor, has zero chemistry with any character on the show. Throwing him in the mix just throws off the whole show, he should have been kept a background character. Which is unfortunate, the rest of the cast is wonderful, with great chemistry and interesting story lines.
