The ending was really bad!

Warning: Spoilers
I have never rated a movie ever on IMDb before, and this will be my first. It a first to see Logan Paul acting and to be mature to be honest, but I think the cuts and edits were done very badly. The first 30 minutes of the movie had lots of storyline. But the ending was bad. Stop reading if you don't want spoilers, but; . . . . . In the end, the Texas Dean Redding governor wins (Father of Logan Paul, Blake Redding) The whole police department begins to arrest opposition and America turns into a totalitarian dictatorship??!! That was not the worse part, but going on war with the FBI??!! I believe that the production crew just rushed the ending so they could make a trilogy. In the US, if a party or candidate wins, I don't think that they can immediately just turn into a brutal dictator. Like if that is the 'law' in the movie's year, 2040, why didn't the previous presidents abused their power? I think the ending was badly scripted but the events before that was decent.
