To be honest I wasn't a big GI Joe fan until I marathoned this whole series.
Well, I didn't marathon it but Kisscartoon clustered up all of the episodes in a single movie which I saw.
The action sequences were good even though this would be too violent and mature for children, in fact, there is the use of the words "Dammit" and "Crap" used so it would be aimed at teenagers. There is also blood used in the movie.
The voice acting was really good.
This movie did focus a little bit on Duke and Scarlet's relationship which is relevant.
But as a downside, the animation is too bright.
