This is a different take for Hallmark on a commoner meets royalty for Christmas, although the story has been done before.
I can't say the acting was great but it was OK. Unlike a few Christmas stories this one spends most of its focus on Jack and Katie. It's not a complicated story and no great surprises.
It was fun to see the private security guys get the run around, especially when they had to chase all the Santas. And it was fun to see the reporter make a fool of himself.
For two hours, it was a nice story about a sheltered princess getting to relive the happy days of childhood, and about two people falling in love..
