Having just watched the first two hour episode in this miniseries, I'm looking forward to the next.
I'm not sure how accurate the movie is in detail, but overall it paints a great picture of Paul Hogan's rise to fame and the strain it takes on his marriage. Poor Noelene!
Unlike Graham Kennedy's biopic, The King, which was light on detail and seemed rushed, Hoges takes its time to tell the whole story, and not be squeezed into a two hour movie.
Hoges has the right actors for the right characters, has a really good pace and is very entertaining.
Good on yer Hoges!
